Ms. Lauren Topp DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a doctorate level prepared Nurse Practitioner with six years at the bedside providing acute care to patients in an Intermediate/Transitional Care Unit. She also has spent time providing acute care through a travel nurse agency where she was placed in a level I trauma hospital tending to the urgent needs of the Kentucky/ Indiana area. 

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from the Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI in 2016. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing (DNP) degree from the University of Louisville in 2021. Lauren was recognized multiple times on the Dean’s List and as a Dean’s List Scholar. She has been recognized and nominated multiple times for the Daisy Award along with recognized as Nurse of The Year in 2017 by her peers and colleagues.  

Lauren is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner’s Certification Board. She currently holds active certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale, Substance Use Disorder Medical Education Curriculum, and Flourish Care: Integrated Person-Centered Geriatric Primary Care. These certifications have been acquired to strengthen the care Lauren is able to provide to her patients. 

In Lauren’s free time, she enjoys practicing ashtanga vinyasa yoga, salsa and bachata dancing, as well as cooking.
